1. Where is my order
You will receive an Email confirmation when your order is placed and another one with the tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please keep in mind it may take some time for the tracking information to update online when we shipped your order.
2. What if the products I want to buy are out of stock?
We really want to make sure you can get the pieces you love the time you feel like it. As many of our popular items sell quickly, you may find them sold out before you place an order. Don’t worry! Most best-sellers will be restocked as soon as we can. You can add them to your wishlist and keep up with our website, IG page and email news for the restock news.
3. Why has my order been cancelled?
This won’t be the case 99.99% of the time. If the item you have purchased is out of stock, you will be contacted via email within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation, and a refund will be issued shortly after that.
4. Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately not.
We process our orders with efficiency to make sure you can get your orders as soon as possible. If you change your mind after purchase, you are more than welcome to use our return & exchange services.
5. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty product?
We are so sorry to hear that you experienced this when you were shopping with us. Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package. You need to provide the order number with photos of the incorrect/faulty products. Then we can resend the items or issue a refund. Failure to report a faulty item within 24 hours of receiving your package will result in our inability to replace the item.
6. What if I forgot to use the discount when I placed an order?
We are unable to make changes about the price once the order is placed. One little tip is to always check our emails or social media page for valid discount codes before you place an order. Who doesn’t love discounts?
7. Why does my discount code not work?
Our discount codes are CASE SENSITIVE. Use copy & paste to make sure you use the right code. Also be sure to check the validation date as all codes will only be valid for one period of time.
